Sebastian Filipek-Kaźmierczak

President of the Board, BioTech Agro Africa

A manager and agri-food sector expert with over 25 years of experience in agriculture, agribusiness, agricultural economics, corporate management and international cooperation.

Since 2024 he has served as President of the Board of BioTech Agro Africa, responsible for developing projects and partnerships across Africa, particularly in agriculture, agribusiness, rural infrastructure, renewable energy and the bioeconomy. He works with business partners, public institutions, research organisations and experts from Europe and Africa.

Previously he was Undersecretary of State at the Polish Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and for many years led companies and organisations in the agricultural sector. He brings experience in agricultural economics, advisory work, investment preparation, business development and public-private cooperation.

His international activity covers Rwanda, Kenya, Senegal and the Republic of the Congo, among others, where he is engaged in agricultural, energy and infrastructure projects and in building relationships with local partners and institutions.

He focuses on transferring European technologies and know-how to African markets, creating local value chains, improving agricultural productivity and delivering projects that combine agriculture with renewable energy and the circular economy.

A graduate of ESA3 in Paris in marketing and international trade, he combines hands-on business experience with expert knowledge and a strong understanding of international contexts. He is fluent in French and works in an international environment.

Radosław Gałka

An entrepreneur and investor with 15 years of experience in cross-border recruitment on the European market. From the very beginning of his career he has introduced innovative solutions designed to raise the quality and effectiveness of recruitment processes.

A graduate of Wrocław University of Science and Technology and École Centrale de Paris (today CentraleSupélec). He began his professional career in the late 1990s at the French high-tech company Schlumberger Systems-Gemalto, where he was responsible for hardware product development.

He founded and manages three employment agencies operating across European markets: Poland Workforce (2005), Lucrez In Europa (2016) and EUworkers (2020). In 2013 he co-founded the German agency Humanus Personal Service GmbH. In 2014 he created the multilingual job portal europa.jobs, and his latest venture is the family high-tech company Dig In Vision.

Dig In Vision develops solutions that move welding training into virtual reality. The company builds software using VR, artificial intelligence and proprietary algorithms that faithfully reproduce the real welding process, enable online training and allow it to be monitored in the cloud.

For the past three years he has also been investing in agri-food ventures, including BioTech Agro Africa and Purity Specialty Coffee.
